Effective January 5, 2026. These terms govern your use of Partelio CobbleTech services, website, and products.

1. Scope and Acceptance

  1. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Partelio CobbleTech online platform and physical shop services.
  2. By accessing the website, placing an order, or creating an account you accept these Terms in full.
  3. Partelio CobbleTech reserves the right to update these Terms with 30 days notice via email or site banner.

2. Accounts and User Conduct

  1. You must provide accurate contact and billing information when registering.
  2. Account sharing, bot usage, or automated scraping of catalog data is prohibited.
  3. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or attempt fraudulent transactions.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

  1. All prices shown are in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout.
  2. Payment is processed securely upon order confirmation; accepted methods include credit cards and PayPal.
  3. Refunds for completed custom repair work are granted only if defects are due to our workmanship within 60 days of delivery.
  4. Non-refundable items include specialized sole materials once installed.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

  1. All branding, product designs, and repair techniques remain the exclusive property of Partelio CobbleTech.
  2. User-submitted photos of repaired items may be used for marketing purposes unless opt-out is requested in writing.
  3. Reverse-engineering our hardware tools or software is strictly forbidden.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. Shoe repair services are provided “as is” with no warranty beyond stated repair timelines.
  2. Partelio CobbleTech is not responsible for consequential damages arising from delayed shipping or product misuse.
  3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or item purchased.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County.
